Сайт создан при поддержке мэрии Казани и Министерства по делам молодежи и спорта РТ.
Правила:
1. По умолчанию любой человек зарегистрировавшийся на сайте становится подписчиком.
2. Любой зарегистрированный пользователь может стать автором, что позволит ему размещать статьи, фотографии и т.д. Для этого потребуется – написать на
mailto:2946070@mail.ru письмо с указанием Вашего ника указанного при регистрации. В течении суток вы будете включены в список авторов.
3. Все новости и комментарии проходят ежедневную модерацию
3.1. Любые комментарии не по тематике сайта или содержащие рекламу – удаляются.
3.2. Ссылки на сайты сохраняются лишь в случае интересного, ёмкого комментария.
3.3. Авторы пустых комментариев, комментариев типа “Аффтар жжет!” или “Подписался на RSS” – автоматически отправляются в спам-лист.
3.4. В случае, если новость любого из авторов носит заведомо рекламный характер – такая статья удаляется, а автор автоматически переходит в разряд подписчиков.
По вопросам обмена ссылками, статьями, либо размещения рекламы на сайте – пишите.
